1. No Refunds After Exchange
Once a digital currency exchange has been completed and confirmed on the blockchain or platform, no refunds or cancellations are possible. All sales are final.
2. Incorrect Details
If the user provides incorrect information (such as a wrong wallet address or payment details), XMLGold is not responsible for any loss of funds. Always double-check your information before submitting an order.
3. Failed or Rejected Orders
If an exchange cannot be processed due to system errors, network issues, or XMLGold policy violations:
The original payment may be returned minus any applicable fees (network or service-related).
Refunds will only be issued to the original sender using the same payment method.
4. Duplicate Payments
In the case of duplicate payments, users must contact our support team immediately. If confirmed, the duplicate amount will be refunded after deducting any applicable transaction fees.
5. Fraudulent or Suspicious Transactions
XMLGold reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction if we suspect fraud, suspicious behavior, or violations of our Terms of Service. Refunds in such cases may be delayed or denied based on investigation results.
